The highly anticipated single player Battlefield 2 modification — Allied Intent Xtended v2 has been released! If you don’t know what AIX is, it’s a brilliant (and possibly the best) available mod for Battlefield 2. AIX is a total conversion mod that adds new factions, new weapons, new sounds, new maps and completely rejuvenates the rather stale default Battlefield 2 gameplay.
If you already have AIX v1.0 installed, you don’t need to get the huge installer, you can rather download the 900MB AIX v1.0 to AIX 2.0 patch. If you don’t have AIX installed, then you can grab the large installer.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky gets Another Patch

GSC Game World’s open-world shooter-cum-RPG has gotten another dose of bug fixes and updates via the latest patch. Details below;
- Fixed an error which prevented the guide from leading the player to the Cordon. This was caused by the fact that the autosave function failed to save all data, and once such a saved game was loaded, the game became impossible to complete. If this error occurred, it was necessary to restart the game from the beginning.
- Fixed a bug with secondary objectives (Deliver item), which caused the arrow to point to the wrong NPC after a save/load.
- Changed the reward for lowering the bridge in the Red Forest.
- Changed the reward for killing bandits at the Freedom base filling station.
- Fixed the Freedom technician’s dialogue. After accepting a secondary objective, it became impossible to undertake/complete objectives to find flash drives.
- Fixed an error, which caused the situation to be displayed incorrectly in the PDA Faction War section.
- Fixed an error, which caused the number of grenades for the grenade launcher attachment to be saved incorrectly following modifications.
- Fixed an error, which caused FPS to fall when the cursor was moved over headings on the PDA map.
Frontlines: Fuel of War - Patch v1.20 Released, Comes with Additional Content

KAOS Studios have released another patch for their online shooter. Patch v1.20 not only fixes bugs, but also gives the game additional content, in the form of new vehicles, weapons and maps.
patch 1.2.0 is now available and includes the following features:
- New Map – Boneyard
- New Vehicle – Rocket-Mounted Light Armored Vehicles
- New Vehicle – Red Star Transport Heli
- New Weapon – Automatic Shotgun
- New Game Mode – Conquer (for all original maps as well as Boneyard; future DLC maps will also include Conquer mode)
