EA gets RAGED

id Software’s latest project, RAGE, will be published by EA. More details of RAGE will be made available in QuakeCon 2008.
EA has signed an agreement to publish RAGE, the next blockbuster from id Software, the inventors of the first person shooter. Built on the id Tech5 engine, RAGE will be released on the PLAYSTATION(R)3 computer entertainment system, Xbox 360(TM) videogame and entertainment system from Microsoft, PC and Macintosh(R) computers. Calling all the LAN gamers, Peace, Love and Rockets 8 will taking place in Dallas, Texas on 21st June, 7am to 7pm. The event will be sponsered by the likes of Logitech, Razer, CPU Magazine and more.
Seating capacity for up to 80 seats + 20 spectators, and all will be available for BYOC. For those who have the need, EZNet will have 17 available systems/monitors for rent.
BYOC will be $10, BYOC with monitor rental is $15, and full system rental is $20.
