id Software’s latest project, RAGE, will be published by EA. More details of RAGE will be made available in QuakeCon 2008.
EA has signed an agreement to publish RAGE, the next blockbuster from id Software, the inventors of the first person shooter. Built on the id Tech5 engine, RAGE will be released on the PLAYSTATION(R)3 computer entertainment system, Xbox 360(TM) videogame and entertainment system from Microsoft, PC and Macintosh(R) computers. World’s largest e-tailer has tied up with Bethesda Softworks to provide Fallout 3: Survival Edition. A special copy of Fallout 3 only available via Amazon.com which comes with a bunch of goodies:
This ultimate Fallout 3 package includes a life-size replica of the Pip-Boy 3000, the wrist-mounted device worn by characters in-game. The Pip-Boy 3000 has been painstakingly recreated and modified for real world display as a digital clock. Ubisoft Announces Shaun White Snowboarding

Another title annoucement from Ubisoft’s Ubidays 08 press event; Shaun White Snowboarding will be using Ubisoft’s DUNIA Engine (being used in Far Cry 2 and Assassin’s Creed) and land on PC, PS3, Xbox360 and Wii.

New Prince of Persia Title Officially Announced

As reported earlier, new chapter in Prince of Persia series was in the works, now Ubisoft has officially announced it. Although the name was not revealed, next POP game will be coming to PCs, consoles as well as DS. Full press release below:
