Lumines, the critically acclaimed music-based puzzle game created by Tetsuya Mizuguchi, is available now via Steam for as low as $9.95 for the Base Pack. The Base Pack contains 21 unlockable skins in Challenge Mode, Skin Edit Mode and a sampling of Time Attack, Puzzle and Mission modes. For a greater challenge, the Advance Pack is available for $7.95 and includes another 21 skins in Challenge Mode, 70 mind-bending puzzles in Puzzle Mode and 35 quick-thinking, fast-moving stages in Mission Mode. The Base and Advance Pack may be purchased together for just $14.95.
TrackMania Nations Sequel to be Available For Free Download

The sequel to the successful arcade racer, TrackMania: Nations will be available as a free download. The sequel entitled TrackMania Nations Forever will be released on April 16th. Snippet from the Press release:

Empire of Sports - Private Launch Party

Empire of Sports, the new revolutionary sport-based MMORPG, is celebrating the first week of its private launch, with a wallpaper competition!
The theme is “Multisports”. You have until the 8th of April to demonstrate your creativity to the maximum.
The best wallpapers will be submitted to forum members over the course of 5 days, members will then vote for their favourite.
You must be a game account holder to enter, and if you win, your account will be credited with 5.000 Ecu!
You may submit as many wallpaper creations as you like.

Electronic Arts Extends Take Two Share Holder Offer

EA just won’t take no for an answer. EA has extended the $26 per share Take-Two share holder offer till April 18th 11:59pm. as oppose to previously set April 11th deadline. Would this extended deadline make a difference? only time will tell.
